During counseling/therapy sessions, individuals work with their therapist to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Therapist offer guidance, support and evidence based techniques to help clients develop coping strategies, gain insight, and make positive changes in their lives.
These services can be provided in a variety of formats including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and group therapy. Services can be provided in person or online.

I provide counseling in person in Round Rock ,Texas and online through a secure HIPPA complaint portal
Individual Sessions- $120 for a 50 minute session
Couples or Family Sessions- $140-$160 for a 60 minute session
Group Sessions- $30- 50 per session

I partnered with Thrizer to help you use your out of network benefits. With Thrizer you may qualify to only have to pay your co insurance if you have met your deductible.
If you have not met your deductible you will be required to pay my full fee and Thrizer will work with your insurance company to get you reimbursed.

When you are beginning therapy, I usually recommend that you see a therapist weekly when you are getting started or biweekly.
However, sessions may be scheduled more or less frequently depending on your preference.
A Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate is a professional who has completed a minimum of a Masters degree in counseling or a related field. They have passed state examination and requirements to obtain the License Professional Counselor- Associate License and they are consulting and working under direct supervision of a state approved supervisor. During this period they work towards obtaining their 3,000 hours required for state licensure.
