I incorporate art, games, role-playing, and hands-on activities to make sessions feel less like “therapy” and more like a space to explore, grow, and build real-life skills. Whether it’s tackling anxiety, friendships, overcoming depression, processing trauma or building confidence, I’m here to help teens feel heard, understood, and empowered.
